Mark-Taylor is hiring a Virtual Leasing Consultant (Concierge) to focus on the digital side of future and current resident relations, serving as an expert informational resource on our communities, amenities, and surrounding neighborhoods.

As a Virtual Leasing Consultant (Concierge), you will work at our Corporate office located in McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ. You will represent the Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:

• Virtually serve as the virtual “face” of Mark-Taylor by pursuing future residents via phone, email, and Union interactions to guide them through their leasing journey.
• Generate a seamless and positive experience for future residents that reflects Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards.
• Act as an expert informational resource about our communities including features, amenities, surrounding neighborhoods, and leasing processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to future residents by answering questions and providing recommendations.
• Confirm validity of future resident leads.

We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a call center or other customer service or sales
• environment.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Union, Henri, and Onsite are especially desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to pick up on new concepts quickly

The starting hourly pay rate for Concierge is $18.00. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses. The Concierge position will require weekend availability.
