As our portfolio continues to grow, so does our Brand and People Excellence Team! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Brand and People Excellence Coordinator.
As the Brand and People Excellence Coordinator, you will work primarily out of our Corporate Office located in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottdale, Arizona. You will travel as needed to our various communities and throughout the Phoenix valley.
You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:
- Maintain records and access on the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery of training, accurate reporting, and a 5-star learner experience for all MT team members.
- Maintain records and access on the standard operating procedure database to ensure resources are maintained appropriately for each reader group/type and accurate reporting is completed.
- Maintain records and access on the inspection platform (HappyCo) to ensure resources are maintained appropriately for and accurate reporting is completed.
- Manage the department email accounts promptly and effectively to provide excellent service to team members, stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage access to and create and run engagement campaigns that support department initiatives to create momentum and connectivity across the organization, along with opportunities for higher learning impact and social learning (Engage on LMS, MT Connect Department pages, Viva Engage Communities, Teams, and other platforms as necessary).
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end necessary activities and logistics, such as scheduling, location/room booking, food ordering, supply preparations to ensure excellent delivery of in-person training.
- Support the building of structures, policies, and workflows to ensure that all training and brand initiatives are impactful and best-in-class.
- Effectively communicate and drive brand values and philosophy through all human resources, brand integrity, and training and development activities.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, assist with expense reporting and tracking to budget guidelines.
- Maintain and organize various spreadsheets or documents to provide administrative and organizational support to the team.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with new hires, transfers, promotions and changes in employment status.
- Participate in various brand integrity, training and development, human resources initiatives and projects as requested.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.

The pay rate for the Brand and People Excellence Coordinator is starting at $25.00/hour.
